Arapahoe County Treasurer’s Office Renovation

RNN Architects is providing architectural and engineering services for the renovation of the 4,972-square-foot Arapahoe County Treasurer’s Office. The project enhances the functionality of the workspace by creating two new offices, a huddle room, and a safe closet, while converting an existing small conference room into a kitchenette.

To improve natural daylighting, borrowed lites will be added in multiple areas, including offices, the conference room, the new break room, and the kitchenette. Additionally, the project includes insulating the existing window system, allowing for workstation placement adjacent to the windows.

This renovation will support a more efficient, secure, and uplifting work environment for Arapahoe County staff.
