RNN Architects Inc.’s design programming strategies incorporated construction phasing in order to keep operations running smoothly during the transition.  The extensive programming analysis performed clearly defined the client’s project goals. Planning adjacencies and security criteria were priorities for this project, along with renovations to improve functionality, workflow, and aesthetics. The design incorporated specific strategies to ensure building security for staffed offices, transaction areas and public spaces.  Renovations and alterations to the Probation and Health Departments, as well as Judicial chambers and Courtrooms functioned throughout construction process for Arapahoe County.
