The design program of new maintenance offices and a moderate-hazardous industrial site.  RNN Architects Inc. was able to balance the programming requirements and restrictions maximizing the functional areas of warehouse and office spaces. Close work with City and County of Denver Building Department resolved challenges associated with an improperly designated a flood zone affecting parking, resolved with a letter of map revision.  Energy efficiency was also a priority in design with the inclusion of new Energy Star commercial rooftop units, along with an upgraded energy-efficient gas water heaters, Energy Star appliances and conversion to low-consumption luminaires.
