RNN Architects Inc. scope of work included design, programming, documentation and permitting services. The project was a complete renovation and the merging of two existing spaces. The success of this project hinged upon the construction schedule phasing; allowing half the space to be occupied during phase one construction. Modified systems that needed to be reintegrated into the design were sprinklers, security, smoke control as well as the electrical and mechanical heating/cooling systems. Low consumption fixtures and luminaires, International Energy Compliance Code (IECC), were incorporated in the design.
