The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Warehouse is a 10,000-sf pre-engineered metal building used by the BOR to store heavy equipment and perform maintenance. RNN Architects worked on this design-build contract with its Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture partner, Galloway & Company. The scope included architecture, surveying, civil engineering, structural engineering, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering services. The construction scope included asbestos abatement, demolition, and installation of new utilities. RNN Architects performed construction administration and quality assurance/quality control services for this project.
